This unique house cleverly utilities the L shape of the plot. The site was restricted to one storey but creates a high quality home for a family of 3.

 

The living space and bedrooms are connected by a long corridor. This is broken up with a central glass sun room which can be used as a secluded get away from the rest of the house.
